Nature's Symphony

Nikon D5100, Tamron 18-270 Lens at 60 mm, ISO 100, f18, Bracketed shot with a shutter speed range between 6-12 seconds per exposure.

I found my self standing in a place you only see in your dreams. How could this place exist in reality? It was real and we were there to witness one of nature's rare moments. I looked around and saw everyone's mesmerized expressions as the show we were treated to was wondrous and surreal.

It was a symphony of nature's motion. The clouds flowed swiftly through the mountains as if they were trying to find a place to settle in for the night before the light fell. The vivid colors of reds and pinks danced across the sky, reflecting on to the clouds that were hugging the mountains below creating a scene that took our breath away.

Suddenly, the color was gone and the symphony was complete, but the image remained engrained in my minds. What will be nature's next show, and when? Til the next time.
